Publishing a book is a daunting task.

Here at Wild Weeds Press we endeavour to take the stress out doing it by offering low cost publishing services to our members, guiding them through each stage. Our services page details what's involved.

Rebekah Sheedy - Administrator

Rebekah has been with Wild Weeds Press since July 2019 and assists clients through all steps of the self-publishing process.

 

She holds a Bachelor of Art from Curtin University majoring in Professional Writing and Publishing and Literary and Cultural Studies.

 

Rebekah is seasoned critiquer and beta reader, and typesets for Wild Weeds projects. She enjoys reading manuscripts of all genres.

Melinda Tognini - Contributor

Melinda is a former teacher and published author who contributes editing and proofreading talents to WWP projects.

Renee Bauhofer - Contributor

Renee is an Australiana artist, who goes by the artist name, gumdots. She can contribute to illustration and cover design on WWP projects.

Lisa Wolstenholme - Board Liaison & Contributor

Lisa has many years of publishing experience. She is a reader and writer of women's fiction and has recently had her first full-length novel published. She has also had several stories published in many publications.

 

Lisa loves to typeset manuscripts and dabble with cover design.

Lisa is the former Executive Officer of WWP.

Valerie Latimour - Contributor

Valerie is a published writer and editor who contributes her talents to WWP projects.

She is editor-in-chief of Gosnells Writers Circle 'Showcase' magazine.

Shannon Coyle - Consultant

Shannon is the KSP Writers' Centre Director and holds a Bachelor of Writing from Edith Cowan University with minors in editing and publishing.

 

She is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society, and won the Talus Prize for fiction in 2011. She has previously worked as a second-hand book-seller, freelance editor and human resources officer, and is a published short-fiction author.

Zoe is a former WWP intern who still lends her illustrating and design talents to WWP projects.
